If you received the Notice of FLSA Collective Action Settlement in the above-captioned case, you are a Settlement Collective Member and are entitled to receive money from the Settlement. The term “Settlement Collective Member” means a current or former Courier Driver who was paid a daily wage and a daily wage overtime and was employed by Sidwell Air Freight, Inc. (“Sidwell”) to deliver packages for DHL Express (USA) Inc., d/b/a DHL Express (“DHL”) in Washington from December 14, 2018 to February 27, 2024, or in Utah, Arizona, Oregon, Idaho, New Mexico, or Texas from January 26, 2020 to February 27, 2024 (“Relevant Time Periods”) and who worked more than 40 hours in any workweek without receiving proper overtime compensation.
You must submit an Opt-in Consent Form by October 25, 2024 to receive your settlement award.
This website explains your right to share in the monetary proceeds of this Settlement. The United States District Court for the Western District of Washington has already approved the Settlement as fair and reasonable. Submit the Opt-in Consent Form to the Settlement Administrator by October 25, 2024 | To participate in the Settlement and receive your Settlement Award, you must submit an Opt-in Consent Form by October 25, 2024. Participating Collective Members shall release all claims, demands, rights, liabilities, and causes of action that were or could have been asserted for all federal and state wage-and-hour violations against Sidwell and DHL, and, for individuals that worked in Washington, Oregon, New Mexico, and Arizona, any similar claims under state or federal law for the time period of January 1, 2020 to February 27, 2024. |
